To copy a report, for modifying or making a similar report, you need to:
1 From the Report List, click to select the report to copy.
2 Click Copy. The report will be copied to a new name with the words Copy of in front on the old report name.

Example If you have a report called Monthly Pay Summary and you pressed the copy button the Report Writer would:
Create a new report with the name Copy of Monthly Pay Summary.
Copy all the settings from the Monthly Pay Summary to the Copy of Monthly Pay Summary.
