The Report Writer can be used to customise your reports so that you can have your payroll data presented in the most useful format. For example, you can:
Change the typeface (font)
Adjust the width of a column
Add or remove columns
Change how numbers are displayed
Create or change subtotal groupings
Change the sort order
To edit a report from the List of Report window:
1 Click to select the report to edit.
2 Click Edit. When the report is in edit mode, the Filter, Add, Delete, and Font icons are enabled, and the edit functions on the menu are enabled. You can now customise the report.
3 To edit any field on the report, click to select the field, and then right mouse click or choose Edit Item from the Activities menu.
