How Do I Get a List Of Deductions For An Employee?

 

The Payment Summary Deductions Report lists all deductions the employee has received throughout the year and the total for each deduction.

To print the report:

1 From the Reports Menu, choose Payment Summaries.

2 Choose Print Payment Summary Deductions Report.

3 The Report Writer opens up and displays the report.

4 Make any adjustments required, and then click on the Print icon.

Deductions Report

This report will show you a list of deductions taken from employee's wages. The report will provide you with:

image\bullet.gif The pay date of the pay that the deductions were taken from.

image\bullet.gif The employee's name.

image\bullet.gif The account that the deductions are payable to.
