Employee record – Workers Compensation Insurer details

By default, Elite Payroll copies these details from the company information window. If these details are not filled in, or are different than the default information edit the details here.

Enter the employee's workers compensation or WorkCover Insurer details. By default, Elite Payroll copies these details from the Company Details-Insurer Tab

2 Name – Enter the Name of the insurance company.

3 Address – Enter the address of where your insurance company is located, including City, State, and Post Code.

4 Injury – If an employee is currently being paid Workers Compensation, enter their last injury. That way when you process pays the injury will be automatically assigned to any compensation pay items.

5 Phone and Fax – Enter the insurance company's Telephone and Fax numbers. These numbers can be a straight number, or it can have brackets, dashes, etc in. For example, (02) 5555-5555
