I've forgotten my password, how do I remove it?

If you have forgotten your password, you'll need to:

1 Copy your {Company Name}.QPW file and the QCompany.TPS onto a blank disk. If the file is bigger than 1 disk, use Winzip. DO NOT use any other backup program.

2 Contact Technical Support to obtain a job number, and to check how much the fee for password removal is.

3 Mail the disk, and cheque or credit card details, to Elite Technical Support with a letter explaining that you need the password(s) removed.
