The View menu provides you with three view options so that you can choose the screen appearance that you are most comfortable with.
The Tour Guide view option displays the Tour Guide and Open windows panel on the left that provides quick access to the Tour Guide and any currently open windows. This option is also used to re-open the Tour Guide after it has been closed.
The Multiple Windows option closes the Tour Guide and displays all of the windows currently open. This is a useful option when you know the program well, or are more comfortable navigating using the Elite Payroll menu and toolbar.
The One Window option closes the Tour Guide and displays one window at a time. You can select the window you want displayed from the Windows menu. This is a useful option when you know the program well, and need the additional screen space that this option provides.
