Enter year-to-date Superannuation payments in the Superannuation section of the Add a Year-to-Date Pay window.
1 Type – Select the type of superannuation payments that were made.
2 Fund Name -Select the superannuation fund that the contribution was made to. If the fund you want hasn't yet been set up, you can type in the name and then press TAB. When you are prompted, click Yes to add it to your Superannuation List.
3 Member A/C -Enter the employee's account or ID number for the superannuation fund you have selected.
4 Joined -Enter the date the employee joined the fund. This is usually the day they joined the company.
5 Amount -Enter the amount of superannuation that was paid to the fund. Enter the amount as a fixed dollar amount.
6 % $ – Select $.
7 Amt Paid -Elite Payroll will enter the amount entered under Amount into this column.
8 To add a new line, click Insert, or Tab to a new line. Enter details as per the above.
9 To delete a line, select the line and then click Delete. Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the line.
