Why are my 3 per page pay slips losing the net pay line on the last pay slip?

This happens when your printer or your printer driver has a preset margin at the bottom each page. Canon printers usually have a 10mm margin at the bottom of the page and Epson printers usually have a 15mm margin at the bottom of the page. ANY program that tries to print to your printer will have the last 10-15mm missing from the bottom of the page.

To fix your problem you'll need to:

Obtain a more up-to-date printer driver from your printer's manufacturer. This will only be necessary if your current driver does not allow you to set the unprintable area.

If your printer driver does let you change the unprintable area, set the margins as small as you can get them. You should aim to set them to 5mm at the most.

Change the physical print settings on your printer. You'll need to refer to your printers manual for details on adjust margins, paper size, etc.
