What if my report doesn't show any WorkCover payable?

If there is no WorkCover (SA and QLD only) payable on your report, it is probably because:

$image\bullet.gif$ None of your employees have a WorkCover Rate applied to them. To assign WorkCover Rates, refer to the Employee Record – Taxation

$image\bullet.gif$ The WorkCover Rate is 0%. To fix this, assign different WorkCover Rates in the employee record, or change the WorkCover Rate.

$image\bullet.gif$ You assigned a WorkCover Rate to an employee after you processed their pay.

$image\bullet.gif$ WorkCover does not apply to your state. WorkCover only applies to Queensland and South Australia.
